Until 2002, the band had an instrumental strength equal to that of the original brass bands from England . This consisted of the brass section with cornets, alto horns, baritones, euphoniums, trombones and basses, and the drum section with their magnificent drums, to own design.
To complete the sound of diversity that Thalita provides, tree sections were added, namely saxophones, trumpets and piccolos. With the years, Thalita has created a totally personal style. The current march repertoire exists mainly of authentic English marches:

- The Contestant
- The Contemptibles
- The Crown of Canterbury
- Salamanca
- Barnard Castle
- Scarlet Blue and Gold
- Mars van de 41e lichte brigade
- The Challenger
- The Centurion
- March to Greenfield

Besides these marches, Thalita provides a gala-show, shown at tattoos. This show is put together out of popular melodies and marches. The repertoire of Thalita also includes a range of music pieces from classical corals to very modern arrangements of pop songs.
These pieces are also played at tattoo finales and street concerts.
